Sales 101: The Process of Sales A one day course focusing on the basic elements of successful
sales: Prospecting, Lead Generation, Qualifying the Buyer, Presentation of Product, Closing the Sale, Overcoming Objections,
and Follow Up. The course concludes with supervised role-playing representing real-life encounters. Although recommended
for those with no formal previous sales training, it has received praise from professional sales personnel as an excellent
